November 10, 2009 Happy 234th Birthday US Marines Ardsley, PA This is a well written, well illustrated and thoroughly enjoyable book. It includes a surprising number of excellent maps and many pictures which depict the events of the battle around Cliveden. There are also many sidebars with interesting biographies and other pertinent information. My family used this book as part of our homeschooling history course on the Revolutionary War. Kam goes into equisit detail about the psychological factors relating to suprise attack.
